Morning (~07:30 AM) – Departure from Nairobi
• Pick‑up from your hotel/residence in Nairobi and transfer to Wilson Airport (or appropriate domestic terminal).
• Board your charter or scheduled air flight to Lewa; flying offers dramatic views of Kenya’s highlands and landscapes. (Flight duration approx. 1 hour.)
10:00 AM – Arrival & Lunch at Camp/Lodge
• Land at Lewa’s airstrip. Your safari guide awaits with the 4×4 vehicle for a game‑drive transfer to your lodge/camp. (En‑route wildlife sightings start immediately.)
• Check‑in and enjoy lunch while absorbing your wild surroundings.
Afternoon (~03:30 PM) – Afternoon Game Drive
• Kick off your first game drive across the conservancy’s varied terrain — open plains, river habitats and forest fringes.
• Spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and the rarer species: black rhino, white rhino, Grevy’s zebra.
Evening (~06:30 PM) – Return & Leisure
• Return to camp for sundowners as the sky glows amber.
• Dinner under the stars, overnight stay at your lodge/camp.
Early Morning (~06:00 AM) – Sunrise Game Drive
• Be out early — the wild awakens as the sun rises. On this drive you may catch predators returning to rest, rhinos grazing in quiet moments, or birds filling the air with calls.
Late Morning & Lunch
• Return to your lodge for breakfast. Mid‑morning is yours to relax, enjoy lodge grounds, or choose an optional walk or horse/ camel ride in the conservancy (depending on lodge’s offerings).
Afternoon (~03:00 PM) – Afternoon Game Drive or Walk
