Depart early from your beach hotel in Mombasa, Diani, or Malindi and drive inland through the scenic Mombasa–Nairobi Highway to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro.

After an early breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive north via Nairobi to the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Lake Naivasha, arriving in the afternoon.
• Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha (optional, extra cost) to see hippos and water birds
• Visit Crescent Island Sanctuary for a guided walking safari among zebras, giraffes, and gazelles
• If time allows, explore Hell’s Gate National Park, known for its dramatic cliffs and geothermal activity — cycling optional
