3 DAYS MASAI MARA FLYING SAFARI FROM MOMBASA

Arrive at Moi International Airport (Mombasa) for your scheduled flight to Nairobi. Check-in at the airport, and you’ll board a domestic flight.
Upon arrival, transfer to the Wilson Airport for your connecting flight to Maasai Mara.

Late Morning:
You’ll land at Maasai Mara Airstrip, where your lodge or camp representative will be waiting to transfer you to your accommodation in the heart of Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Noon:
Arrive at the lodge or camp. You’ll be greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a brief orientation before checking in.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Overlook the vast plains as you dine, soaking in the natural beauty surrounding you.

Afternoon:
Depending on your arrival time, embark on your first afternoon game drive. Explore the park’s diverse wildlife, from the famous “Big Five” (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino) to cheetahs, zebras, and a wide variety of birds. Your guide will provide in-depth information about the animals and the landscape.

Morning:
Wake up early for a morning game drive as the wildlife is most active at this time. Look out for lions, cheetahs hunting, and elephants grazing in the early morning light. The crisp air and golden light make it an ideal time for photography.
Return to the lodge to enjoy a hearty breakfast. Afterward, you may choose to relax and enjoy the lodge’s amenities, such as a spa or a quiet nature walk, or even lounge by the pool with a drink.

Afternoon:
After a delicious lunch, you have free time to unwind or take part in optional activities like a hot-air balloon safari or a visit to a Maasai village to learn about the local culture and traditions.
For the more adventurous, depart for your afternoon game drive, where you’ll continue your exploration of the Mara’s diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. Your guide will help spot and identify different animals and share fascinating insights into the ecosystem.

Evening:
Return to the lodge, where you can relax before enjoying another delightful dinner at the lodge or camp.
End the day by reflecting on the wildlife you’ve encountered and the adventures of the day.

Wake up early and enjoy a final morning game drive. This early safari provides another opportunity to capture some last glimpses of the Mara’s wildlife, whether it’s a pride of lions resting or a herd of wildebeest grazing.
Return to the lodge for a farewell breakfast with breathtaking views over the Mara. After breakfast, you can spend some time at leisure, taking in the final moments in the Reserve.

Late Morning:
Check out from the lodge and transfer back to the Maasai Mara airstrip.
Board your flight back to Nairobi, giving you a final opportunity to enjoy aerial views of the Maasai Mara landscape.

Afternoon:
Arrive at Wilson Airport (Nairobi). You’ll connect with your flight back to Mombasa from Nairobi.
Arrive in Mombasa at Moi International Airport, where your journey ends.
