Tour Plan
- Pickup: Early morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by your safari driver-guide.
- Depart: Drive south toward Amboseli National Park, enjoying views of the African savannah and the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro on approach.
- Arrival & Check-in: Arrive at your safari accommodation in time for lunch.
- Afternoon: Head out for an afternoon game drive in Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its large elephant herds, open plains, and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Look out for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, and abundant birdlife.
- Evening: Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
- Early Morning: Enjoy an early morning game drive to catch the animals at their most active time. This is also the best chance to see the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting).
- Breakfast: Return to the lodge for a full breakfast.
- Optional Activity: Visit a nearby Maasai village for a cultural experience (optional, entry fee not included).
- Depart: Check out and begin your return journey to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
