Tour Plan
- Pickup: Early morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by your safari driver-guide.
- Depart: Drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a possible stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the panoramic landscape.
- Arrival & Check-in: Arrive at your safari accommodation in the Masai Mara in time for lunch and a short rest.
- Afternoon: Head out for an afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Look out for the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino—as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and countless wildebeests (especially during the migration season).
- Evening: Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
- Early Morning: Enjoy an early morning game drive as the sun rises over the savannah. This is an excellent time for spotting predators as they complete their night hunts.
- Breakfast: Return to the lodge for breakfast.
- Optional Activity: Visit a local Maasai village to learn about their traditional culture and lifestyle (optional, entry fee not included).
- Depart: Check out and begin your drive back to Nairobi, with lunch en route (optional, at own cost).
- Drop-off: Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon and drop-off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
