Itinerary
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari representative and transferred to your lodge in Arusha.
Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to enjoy an optional Arusha city tour featuring visits to the Cultural Heritage Centre, Maasai Market, and local markets, offering an introduction to Tanzania's rich culture and local craftsmanship.
Spend the remainder of the day relaxing and preparing for your exciting safari adventure.

After an early breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, approximately a two-hour scenic drive from Arusha.
Tarangire is famous for its enormous elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the wildlife-rich Tarangire River, which attracts animals throughout the year.
Enjoy a full-day game drive searching for elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, elands, warthogs, ostriches, and hundreds of bird species.
A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic site inside the park before continuing your afternoon wildlife viewing. Later, drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
