When are the Mara River crossings?
Usually July into October, when the herds are in the northern Serengeti and the Masai Mara. Crossings are unpredictable by nature, so we build in flexible time to improve your odds.
Where is the calving season?
On the southern Serengeti plains around Ndutu, roughly January to March, with superb predator action as around half a million calves are born.
Kenya or Tanzania for the migration?
