How fit do I need to be for gorilla trekking?
A reasonable level of fitness helps as treks can be steep and muddy, but rangers match groups to gorilla families at varying distances. Tell us your fitness and we plan accordingly.
Is it better to fly in or drive?
Both work. Driving lets you see more of the country; the fly-in option saves a long road day and gets you trekking sooner. We quote both so you choose.
